About Louise:

I have a BSc. In Occupational Therapy (OT) and worked for many years in the area of neurology. I became interested in NVR and SPACE through my work on a national support helpline for parents. As an OT and NVR practitioner I believe there are always things a person can do to influence their quality of life, by empowering themselves to bring about the change they need. I integrate Mindfulness Based approaches and Reality Therapy to support families navigating complex behavioural and emotional challenges.

Services offered:

I support parents using the evidence-informed approaches of NVR and SPACE, helping families reduce conflict, strengthen connections, and respond confidently to challenging behaviours and anxiety. I have a particular interest in supporting families of neurodivergent children and young people. I work one-to-one both in person and online with parents and also provide school workshops.
