Should any unlawful activity occur on our website that is considered to be a criminal offense, we will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order lawfully. This may entail us disclosing the identity of anyone posting any such activity on this website.

Although we always aim for our website and member benefits to be accessible at all times, some technical errors may be outside of our control.

 

We will always seek to fix all errors as soon as possible. With this in mind; we would not be able to consider any refunds for members for the duration of time that they were not able to access the website unless it is an exceptional circumstance.
